To put simply, any non-editorial, non-creative services.

A) Let's say you shot on a DVCam and need to transfer the footage to any other media - QuickTime, DVD, any other tape - that's technical post.

B) Or, let's say you need to down convert your HD footage for the off-line - that's technical post.

C) Or even let's say you just need a dub (or whole bunch of them) - that's technical post.

D) And maybe you have a final edit on a tape, and you would like to have a DVD authoring done (autoplay or with menus) - that's technical post.
